It is so that i started together with my husband to do meditation a couple of years ago. We notice how this really helped.
we started with meditation in a bit difficult time of my life. And it helped me so much during that time. Now i want to share this method with others.
And one day i thought about that children really could benefit from it as well and i have a very big love for children. so i wrote my first child meditation.
When i let children listen to these meditations. I Noticed that children really got a calming effect on it, to be more grounded and better more self confidence.
They even stated to open up more to others. This i really lovely to see. It gives me such a great joy
to help a child to enjoy his or her life more. Children shouldn’t have stress and worry’s they need to enjoy to be a child and smile and laugh..
I noticed how important it is for a child to feel safe and familiar and to be their self in their surroundings.
If your child is not in balance, they wont be able to concentrate very good and will be easy distracted.
In the meditation that i offer i use music with talking that help them to get in the meditation. so it is a fully guided meditation that needs no experience.
It is like a fairy tale where they have the leading role.
They just have to lay them self down and listen. And it happens they even fall in sleep from it, but the message will get to them anyway.
In the meditation the children can use their imagination and they learn to discover them self. Every child is special. we don’t wanna change a child’s personality, we just want to help your child to develop a way that they can find the answers for them self and trust on it.
We dont only do meditation for children we also do meditation for adults. For everybody it is very nice to have the feeling of being in the moment of now.
To find peace in yourself and to find your own strength back again.
Also when you as a parent find more inner peace, it will give more peace to your child too.
More and more parents start meditating with their children. this is a fun and very interactive way that both can benefit from.
Children get more relaxed and are opening up from it.
